Tiril Brinch Pladsen is a project manager at Atender Group since August 2021, where previous roles included customer service team lead and customer service agent. Prior experience includes working as a servicekonsulent at Berendsen Norge from June 2019 to July 2021, and a receptionist at Scandic Hotels from November 2018 to May 2019, where responsibilities encompassed reception and customer care. Tiril also held a sales and customer service position at Fredrik & Louisa AS while studying from September 2016 to May 2017. Tiril holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences (2016-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from EM Normandie Business School (2017-2018).
