Jérôme Blanc has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Jérôme is currently working as the Head of NEA Product Management at ATEME since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Anevia as the VP of Products from June 2018 to January 2021.

Before joining Anevia, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Keepixo from July 2015 to June 2018, where they oversaw team management and product definition for video encoders in the Internet TV industry.

Jérôme also has experience at Allegro DVT, where they held various roles including Project Leader, Business Development, and Product Manager. Jérôme worked there from September 2004 to June 2015, leading software development and business development efforts for video encoders in the Internet TV industry.

Prior to their time at Allegro DVT, Jérôme worked at Silicomp (now Orange Business Services) as a Project Leader from 2001 to 2004. In this role, they worked on software design for industries such as construction, military, and transportation.

Jérôme started their career as a Software Engineer at Getris Images in 1998, where they developed a real-time engine for designing video special effects for the TV broadcast industry and virtual sets.

Jérôme also has academic experience, having completed a PhD at Inria (Grenoble INP) from 1994 to 1998. Their research focused on 3D model reconstruction from photos.

In November 2021, they obtained the Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail certification from NEOFIS. Furthermore, in February 2019, they acquired various certifications from Pragmatic Institute, including Build, Focus, Foundations, PMC Level IV, and Price.
