Bruce Townsend is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project deployment and technical support. Currently serving as a Project Deployment & Support Engineer at Ateme since March 2022, Bruce also co-founded Shadow Wolf Hiking Adventures, a part-time guide agency operating in the southeastern Utah canyon systems, in September 1998. From January 2001 to July 2021, Bruce worked as a Senior Technical Service Engineer and Field Engineer III at Imagine Communications, focusing on the installation and technical support of digital television encoding and transmission equipment. Prior to that, Bruce held the position of Senior Technical Customer Support Specialist at Glenayre Electronics from 1997 to 2001, providing field service and support for paging and voice mail systems. Bruce has achieved certifications in CCNA from Global Knowledge in 2011 and holds a technology certification in EET Electronics from Quincy Technical School.
