Jake Grayston is a co-founder of atem., established in February 2023 as an alternative to traditional executive search firms. Prior to this role, Jake served as a partner at The Big Search from August 2021 to January 2023, and as Head of Executive Recruiting - International at Uber from August 2018 to July 2021, where leadership of Director and VP level searches across international markets and management of regional recruiting teams were key responsibilities. Jake's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Talent at Velocity Black, where notable enhancements in hiring processes and performance reviews were implemented, as well as roles at 360 Leaders, Harvey Nash, and Holmes Noble, focused on executive search and talent development. Jake's educational background includes attending King Edward VI Five Ways from 2001 to 2008.
