Gunduz Mahmudov is an accomplished electrical engineer with a Bachelor's degree from Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry and a Master's degree from Azerbaijan Technical University. Currently serving as an Electrical Engineer at SOCAR Carbamide Plant since August 2023, Gunduz also holds a position as an Electrical Engineering Specialist at ATEF Group of Companies, a role maintained since December 2019.
