Shawn Reile has a diverse work experience, primarily in the distribution and logistics field. Shawn started their career at The Apartment Movers as a Driver/Mover from 2001 to 2005. Shawn then joined NuVasive in 2005 and held various roles such as Distribution Coordinator, Team Lead, Associate Manager, Manager, and finally, Sr. Strategic Plan Analyst from 2005 to 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to Alphatec Spine, where they currently work as a Senior Manager of Distribution.

From 2001 to 2005, Shawn Reile attended Concordia College, where they pursued a degree in Business and Communication. During their time at the college, they focused on studying Business Administration and Management, with a general emphasis on the field.
