Inna Astakhova is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in small business development and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as EFS at ATB Financial since July 2024, Inna previously held the position of Head of Small Business Development at Credit Agricole Ukraine from October 2021 to July 2024. Prior roles include Head of Strategic Partnerships, Business Trainer, and Product Marketing Manager at Alfa-Bank Ukraine, where Inna contributed to significant growth in IT client acquisition. Inna's career began at OTP Bank Ukraine as Branch Manager and Head of the SME Department at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, focusing on commercial lending. Inna holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Poltava University of Economics and Trade, acquired between 2005 and 2010.
