Cayla Conner, MBA, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Delivery Manager and previously as a Business Analyst/Project Manager at Atayo Cloud Services since April 2021. In these roles, Cayla has effectively gathered and documented business requirements, created test plans, and facilitated user acceptance testing (UAT). Prior to this, Cayla worked as a Realtor at Shawfield Realty Group of Florida from May 2018 to September 2021, assisting clients in real estate transactions and performing market analyses. Additionally, Cayla held the position of Patient Access Center Coordinator at UF Health from September 2018 to July 2020, providing patient-centered service in a high-volume environment. Earlier coaching experience includes serving as Head Coach of Junior Varsity Lacrosse at Lake Howell High School in 2018. Cayla earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Florida Southern College in 2019, following a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from the same institution.
