Stéphane Guilluy is an experienced finance and business process improvement leader with a strong background in various industries, including consulting and construction. Currently serving as Head of Group Internal Control & Business Process Improvement at ATALIAN since January 2021, Stéphane previously held the role of Interim CFO for ATALIAN Global Services in North America, where responsibilities included overseeing year-end processes and launching transformation initiatives. The consulting firm Kaireos, co-founded by Stéphane, specializes in organizational transformation and performance improvement. Prior to these roles, Stéphane spent over 15 years at LafargeHolcim, where numerous senior positions were held, including VP Finance and Group Controller. Early career experience includes managerial positions at Deloitte Corporate Finance, focusing on M&A transaction services. Stéphane holds advanced finance degrees from prestigious institutions, including HEC Paris and The Wharton School, and training in Lean Six Sigma.
