Martine Soupart is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager a.i. and Senior beleidsadviseur HRM at Atalenta kinderopvang en primair onderwijs since January 2024. Previously, Martine worked as an AFAS HRM Consultant and HR Business Partner a.i. at SKOzoK Kinderopvang, where responsibilities included overseeing the HR function during a transitional period and leading the implementation of HRM and finance applications post-merger. Martine has a strong background in process optimization, project management, and software implementation, complemented by management roles at BDO Nederland and Gemeente Eindhoven, among others. Martine holds an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy & Organization from the University of Antwerp and has extensive qualifications in HR management and change management. In addition to HR roles, Martine is involved in creative endeavors such as pottery and cooperative farming.
