Utkarsh Agarwal is an experienced professional currently serving as a Mentor of Change at Atal Innovation Mission since March 2021 and as an Academic at Usha Group since December 2020. Previously, Utkarsh worked as a Senior Engineer and Engineer at Qualcomm from July 2016 to February 2019. Additionally, Utkarsh gained valuable experience as a Summer Research Assistant at The University of Tokyo in 2015, focusing on Distributed Computing. Utkarsh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) and Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Signal Processing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, completed in 2016.
