C Ramaswamy Desai has extensive experience in mentorship and project management related to entrepreneurship and innovation. Since July 2019, Desai has served as a Mentor of Change for the Atal Tinkering Labs under the Atal Innovation Mission, Government of India, with the first assignment at Thiakesar Alai Higher Secondary School. Additionally, Desai is registered as a professional mentor with MSME mentor since September 2018. As Project Director at CR Business Solutions, established in April 2014, guidance is provided for industrial promotion and bankable project reports. Desai also held project management roles at multiple institutions, including the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Career Development and TIDITSSIA STED, where significant contributions were made to promote MSME units and conduct entrepreneurial training. Education includes a B.E. in Metallurgy from PSG College of Technology, University of Madras.
