Akhil Lalwani currently serves as the Chief Data Officer at Convex Insurance since May 2020. With extensive experience in data management and digital innovation, Akhil has held significant roles including Advisory Board Member at PRAXI DATA and Non Executive Director & Advisor for Data Services at Xpertnest. Previously, at Prudential plc, leadership was provided as Head of Data Platform for Group Digital and Head of Data Platform and Innovation for Group Information Risk & Security. Akhil also contributed to Barclays as Head of Data and Digital Insights, among other positions. The professional journey began at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Solution Designer, followed by key roles at BT, Tech Mahindra, and other prominent companies. Akhil holds an Engineerā€™s Degree in Computer Science from TSEC, completed in 2003.
