Clodagh Graham is an experienced professional in data analysis and customer retention, currently serving as a Customer Retention & CRM Analyst at ATA since May 2015. Clodagh has held various roles at ATA, including Data Analyst, Business Data Reporting Analyst, and Reporting Analyst & Administrative Assistant. Prior to this, Clodagh worked as a Reporting Analyst at BT Ireland from February 2010 to April 2015, and as a Clerical Officer at the Department of Agriculture from June 2007 to June 2009. Clodagh’s career began in insurance as a Reporting and Internal Controls Coordinator at Quinn Direct Insurance from October 2001 to November 2006. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Diploma in Science in Data Analytics for Business from CCT College Dublin, an Advanced Certificate in Business Management from The Open College, and various other certifications in data analytics, business management, and computer applications.
