Jeff Schwefel has extensive experience in audience services and event support roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Audience Services Representative for the Boston Landmarks Orchestra, responsibilities include providing security and assistance during events. Jeff has been involved with ArtsEmerson as a House Usher since 2012, where tasks include ticket review and guest guidance. Additionally, experience as an Usher/Ticket Taker at Agganis Arena focuses on guest services and ticket scanning. Previous roles encompass catering and banquet serving with At Your Service Staffing and Above and Beyond Catering, along with solid experience in accounts payable and coordination in several organizations, including Shire Human Genetic Therapies and Accountemps. Education includes a high school diploma from William H. Hall High School and attendance at Clark University.
