Kevin Robertson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kevin started their career in 1996 as the European Finance Manager at STERIS Corporation, where they worked until 1999. Kevin then joined Arena Online Services Limited as the Finance Director, responsible for the online development business of Arena Leisure Plc. Kevin also served as the Finance Director for At The Races during this time. In 2002, they became a Special Projects Executive at Arena Leisure Plc before moving on to At The Races as the Chief Financial Officer in 2004.

Kevin's next significant role was as the Managing Director (Media and International) at Arena Racing Company from 2020 to 2022. Kevin also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at At The Races during this period. In 2022, they became the CEO of SportMediaPartners Ltd and later transitioned to the role of Chief Executive Officer (Interim) at At The Races in 2023.
