Stephanie C. has over 22 years of experience in retail merchandising and sourcing. Currently serving as Vice President of Sourcing and Vice President of DMM at At Home Group Inc. since September 2020, Stephanie has previously held senior roles at The TJX Companies, Inc. from January 2013 to September 2020, including Divisional Vice President of Junior's Sportswear, Dresses, and Plus Sizes, as well as Buyer for Ladies Dresses. Prior experience includes roles at Belk Stores Services, where Stephanie was a Buyer for Women's Better Sportswear & Junior Plus and Ladies Coats & Swim, and at Kohl's as a Buyer for Junior's Sportswear. Stephanie began a career in retail at JC Penney as a Senior Assistant Buyer for Dresses from May 2001 to February 2003.
