Sergio M. Gutierrez is an experienced assistant editor with a comprehensive background in film and television, currently working at Asylum Entertainment since November 2020 and previously at Herzog and Company and CBS Television Studios. With a career beginning in 2000, Sergio has also contributed as a junior editor, graphic designer, illustrator, and animator in various freelance projects. Key roles include assisting in editing for notable productions such as the Alma Awards and Teen Choice Awards at Bain-Sills Productions. Sergio holds a B.F.A. in Art and Design from California State University, Los Angeles, and an Associate of Science in Design from the Don Bosco Institute of Technology, along with training from Video Symphony.
