Daniela Reinoso

Human Resources Director at Asylum Access

Daniela Reinoso has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Daniela began their career as an Intern at the German Chamber of Commerce in Ecuador, where they gained experience in operations, marketing, quality assurance, finance, and customer service. Daniela then worked as a Trade Analyst at SGS, where they were responsible for analyzing import and export transactions and collaborating with colleagues across different countries.

Daniela later joined Otra Cosa Producciones as a Project Coordinator, where they developed and implemented a business plan for a new movie. Daniela also worked at New Mexico Mutual as a Human Resources Intern and later as a Corporate Governance & Compliance Associate, where they were responsible for internal audits, policy and procedure review, and risk management assessments.

After completing a Master's degree, Daniela joined the University of New Mexico as a Graduate Assistant, conducting qualitative research in business strategy. Daniela also served as the Anderson Behavioral Lab Manager, overseeing research activities and training research assistants. Additionally, they worked as a Tutor in the Finance Lab, providing instruction and coaching to business students.

Daniela then joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Senior Project Analyst and Capital Consulting & Trading as an Independent Business Consultant. In their most recent role at Asylum Access, they held various positions, including Regional Human Resources Manager, Latin America Human Resources Manager, Global Human Resources Manager, and currently serves as the Associate Director of Human Resources.

Daniela Reinoso completed their education in a chronological manner, with their most recent academic experience being a Post-Master's Certificate in International Business from the UNM Anderson School of Management, which they attained in 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Organizational Behavior & Human Resources from the same institution, which they completed in 2012. Daniela'searliest formal education was a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Universidad Del Pacifico in Ecuador, where they studied from 2001 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Daniela Reinoso also received additional certifications. In 2016, they obtained a certification in People Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania through a Coursera Course. Daniela also completed a certification course in Ethical Leadership from the NASBA Center for the Public Trust in December 2013.
