Phil Rolfe is an experienced professional in ERP implementation and management, currently serving as an Acumatica Solutions Consultant at ASWi since October 2022. Previously, Phil was the President of Rolfe Consulting LLC, where expertise in manufacturing and management for over 20 years facilitated cost savings and operational insights for clients through ERP implementations and process improvements. Phil held the position of Plant Manager at Nortek Security & Control, overseeing daily operations and maintaining profitability at the Walker, Michigan facility. Additional experience includes roles as a Citizen Planner for Grattan Township's Planning Commission and Operations Manager at GTO Access Systems. Phil's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, complemented by training in lean manufacturing principles.
