Lori A. Thomas, CCP, SHRM-SCP is an experienced human resources leader specializing in compensation, benefits, and organizational communications. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation and Total Rewards at Asurint since February 2022, Lori previously worked as an Independent Consultant from 2016 to June 2022, providing expertise on various HR matters. Prior roles include HR Director at Stewart Title, where competitive compensation and benefits were enhanced, and Director of Communications at Ascende, where a communications practice was established. Lori's early career included significant positions at the Greater Houston Partnership and Apogee, where administrative functions and consulting practices in compensation were developed.
