Doni P. Gandamihardja obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture from Padjadjaran University, Bandung in 1991. His career experience as Vice President of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk in 2010-2015, he entered the plantation world in 2015 as Finance Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIII until 2016, as Commercial Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIII 2016-2017, he was appointed as President Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV in 2017-2020, as Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII in 2020-April 2021, he was appointed as General Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Holding in May 2021, he became Commissioner PT Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk in 2018 to date.

He has an affiliated relationship with PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Holding as the founding partner of the Plantation Pension Fund (Dapenbun) which is the controlling shareholder of the Company.
