Bethan McAulay is currently the Head of Talent at Astroscale, a role focused on talent acquisition, learning and development, and career progression, contributing to the company's growth in the UK since November 2022. Previously, Bethan served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Astroscale, overseeing recruitment in the UK and France and implementing initiatives to increase access to the space industry. Prior experience includes roles at Telespazio UK as ESA Frame Project Manager and Recruitment Specialist, where Bethan managed on-site teams and recruitment activities. Bethan's career also includes positions at Blue Arrow, Impellam Group, Key People, QMSU Cub Magazine, EAT., and UK Tutors, alongside educational qualifications in Occupational Psychology and Psychology from Birkbeck and Queen Mary University of London, respectively.
