David Breth is an experienced professional with a strong background in contract and program management across various technical sectors. Currently serving as Contract/Export Manager at Astronics-Luminescent Systems Inc. since October 2004, David manages contract negotiations and proposal work associated with F-35 Exterior Lights. Prior experience includes roles as Program Manager for TX RX Systems, where David oversaw a Bi-Directional Amplifier program benefiting NYC Subways, and as Program Manager at Alstom, contributing to the ACSES System for positive train control of the Acela train. David also held the position of Program Administrator at Harris RF Communications, managing a significant radio program for the Royal Netherlands Army, and began as a Proposal Bid Analyst at Calspan Corporation, focusing on various research and development projects. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from The College of Wooster.
