Annusha Gopi currently serves as the Head of Operational Learning & Development at Astro, where responsibilities include leading a team of 13 experts to design and implement high-quality training programs with a focus on digital learning. Previous roles include AVP HR Learning and Talent, where Annusha oversaw leadership and management development initiatives, and Associate Principal of Learning & Development at Digi Telecommunications, driving the L&D agenda and facilitating programs for various leadership levels. Additional experience encompasses leading the Management Development Academy at AmBank Group, managing training needs and processes at Standard Chartered Global Business Services, and serving as Assistant Manager Training at HSBC. Annusha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
