Micha Roon is an experienced software development and blockchain professional currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023. As the owner and founder of managination, Roon has been enhancing the software development landscape since 2005, promoting a dynamic and reliable development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Roon has also contributed to advisory positions and technical leadership at various organizations, focusing on decentralized systems and innovative technologies. Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional education in fintech and project management.
