Josh Spring currently serves as the Interim Director of Support & Customer Experience at Astreya, overseeing the global operations of the Centralized Service Desk for Google since June 2022. Previously, in the role of Senior Solution Engineering Manager, Josh architected and implemented high-value IT support services for notable clients such as Google and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, while also building effective teams as a founding engineer in the Service Desk Practice. Prior experience includes serving as System Solutions Manager at INTRUST Bank, where complex financial systems were enhanced and managed, and as Senior Support Team Lead at Cerner Corporation, where Josh led a large team supporting medical staff and achieved industry certifications. Josh began the career as a Technology Specialist at both Maize USD 266 and UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT #352, focusing on technology implementation and support in educational settings. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University.
