Birgitta Nilsson is an accomplished Project Director at AstraZeneca since 2016, specializing in complex global projects involving supplier establishment, new product introductions, and supply chain redesign. With extensive experience at AstraZeneca dating back to 2000, Birgitta has held multiple roles, including Project Manager for Global External Sourcing and Change Lead for ERP implementation. Notably, Birgitta developed a GSE Communication strategy and stakeholder management process that received endorsement from leadership.
