Bhagya Murali currently serves as the Head of Digital Transformation in Global Technical Operations at AstraZeneca, a position held since July 2023. Bhagya is also a member of the Chief organization since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as VP of Product & Customer Experience at TrakCel, where a focus was on improving digital journeys for patient treatments and supply chain orchestration, and Senior Director of Business Applications Technology at Bristol Myers Squibb, overseeing a team of 120 and a budget of $25 million for cell therapy IT operations. Bhagya previously held various roles in technology leadership and development at Juno Therapeutics, AbbVie, Johnson & Johnson, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, and has a solid educational background with a Master's degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
