Neha Sinha is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at AstraZeneca India since December 2024. Prior to this role, Neha held the position of SBU HR Head at Havells India Ltd, leading the People Agenda for the Sales & Distribution Business Units from July 2023 to December 2024. Neha also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition COE for Legrand (India) from December 2022 to June 2023, overseeing critical projects in employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and process transformations. From February 2015 to November 2022, Neha was the Director of Human Resources at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, driving strategic HR initiatives across multiple geographies. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at Mahindra & Mahindra and a summer internship at Tata Steel. Neha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a B.A. in English Literature from Patna Women's College.
