Jason Bisping is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development. Presently serving as Senior Director of Learning and Development at Astra Service Partners since September 2024, Jason previously held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Urgently, where key contributions included leading an eLearning design group and establishing a comprehensive leadership development program. Prior roles at Ideal Outcomes, Inc. involved developing leadership training programs for major manufacturing and utility companies, as well as increasing business through tailored training initiatives for significant corporate clients. Additional experience includes work as a Leadership Development Specialist at Dish Network and a University Professor at the University of Colorado, where innovative educational programs were created. Jason Bisping holds a Ph.D. in Applied Theatre and a Master's degree in Theatre Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Literature and English Literature from St. Cloud State University.
