Resham Paul currently serves as a Partnerships Manager at Botim and Astra Tech since January 2023, focusing on strategic partnerships to enhance user experiences globally, particularly in the UAE. Prior experience includes roles at Al Ansari Exchange, where Resham progressed from Strategic Partnerships and Product Development Executive to Officer between May 2019 and January 2023, and as a Business Development Associate at BYJU'S from February 2017 to February 2019. An early career internship was completed at Oman Refreshment Company in May 2016. Resham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Stella Maris College (2010-2013) and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Bharata Matha College (2015-2017).
