Mona Shair currently serves as the Sales Operations Manager at Astound Digital, a position held since December 2022, where responsibilities include leading the sales process, proposal delivery, pricing negotiations, and sales forecasting. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Consultant at Reiss, Co-founder and Strategy Planner at BIQTradeHouse, Legal Consultant at Metanis Shair Law Office, and participation in the International Innovation Competition at L'Oréal, where an innovative marketing strategy and digital product were developed. Mona Shair holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Tel Aviv University, and a Foundation degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
