Sophie joined Astorg in 2002 and is a member of the Corporate Functions Team.

Prior to this, Sophie worked for the private equity legal department of Société Générale Asset Management from 1999 to 2002.

Before that, she was a lawyer at Deloitte & Touche.

Sophie is also a member of the Legal Committee of France Invest and contributes to several working groups on legal and fund issues.

Sophie holds a business law degree from Paris X University, a post-graduate degree in international commercial law and a DEJ degree in applied Anglo-American law.
