Charlotte Forrest is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Aston Villa Football Club since November 2017. Previously, Charlotte held various HR roles within the same organization, including Assistant Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Advisor, and Human Resources Co-ordinator. Prior experience includes serving as a Resourcing Advisor at Birmingham City University from November 2015 to November 2017 and as a Human Resources and Payroll Support Advisor at Mitchells & Butlers PLC for a brief period in 2015. Charlotte holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (Level 7 CIPD) from Birmingham City University and a degree in Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
