Pamela Shinkoda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in building science and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Researcher in Fire, Acoustic, and Building Science at USG since September 2021, Pamela also holds a significant position as a member of the ASTM International Board of Directors and has served in various committee roles within ASTM since 1998, including a past chair of Committee C11. Previous experience includes managerial roles at CGC Inc., CertainTeed Gypsum, Roxul Inc., and ORTECH Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed technical solutions, systems innovation, and quality management. Pamela Shinkoda earned a Bachelor of Building Science Engineering from Concordia University between 1988 and 1992.
