Ibrahim Amin has a robust background in human resources and learning development, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager for Learning & Development and HR at Aster Pharmacy since April 2023. Prior to this role, Ibrahim held the position of Senior Manager for Learning Development at Aster Pharmacy from July 2021 to April 2023. Ibrahim's experience also includes a significant tenure at Azadea Group, where responsibilities spanned from Talent Development Team Leader to Senior Training and Development Specialist, and Training & Development Specialist, from March 2013 to June 2021. Earlier career experiences include an HR Internship at Nextcare and an HR Assistant internship at Arabian Construction Company. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wollongong, completed in 2013.
