Sarah Palmer has a diverse work experience. Sarah worked at Aster Group UK from 2018, starting as an Employee Experience Partner and then progressing to the role of Culture and Engagement Lead. Currently, they serve as the Head Of Internal Communications and Colleague Voice. Prior to that, Sarah worked at Nationwide Building Society from 2014 to 2018, holding the position of People, Communications, and Risk Consultant.

Sarah Palmer attended Royal Holloway, University of London from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Sarah'sfield of study focused on English Language and Literature in general.
