Lisa Newman has extensive experience in digital customer engagement and neighborhood management, currently serving as the Digital Customer Lead at Aster Group UK since September 2005. In this role, Lisa has been instrumental in implementing the MyAster Portal to enhance digital self-service for customers. Additional secondments include MyAster Portal Lead and Project Officer. Prior to Aster Group, Lisa held various positions at Hampshire County Council, including Senior Neighbourhood Officer and Customer Service Assistant, and has taken on the role of co-opted school governor and Safeguarding Lead since March 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Negotiator at Connells from April 2004 to May 2008. Lisa's education includes studies at BCOT from 2004 to 2005 and Harrow Way from 1999 to 2004.
