Rick Hedrick, M.Sc., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and leadership. Currently serving as the Owner of Change22 since March 2021, Rick also holds the position of Vice President of Operations for the Southeast/Midwest Division and has previously held multiple leadership roles at ASTAR, Inc. since August 2017, including Vice President of Product Strategy and Director of Training Operations. Prior experience includes management roles at Lowe's Companies and a distinguished tenure in the United States Air Force, where Rick was recognized for outstanding leadership in managing large inventories and optimizing operational procedures. Rick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports Management, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Munitions Systems Technology.
