AST Groupe SA is a France-based company engaged in the construction and land development businesses. The Company acts as project manager and specializes in coordinating construction and promotion of individual houses situated in various regions of France, such as Rhone-Alpes, Bourgogne, Franche-Comte, Provence, Languedoc-Roussillon, Midi-Pyrenees and Ile de France. In June 2014, its affliate, AST Fund Solutions, LLC, has completed acquisition of D.F. King & Co., Inc. (D.F. King) and its operating businesses and Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc. (Donlin Recano).
