Miriam Maes is Independent Director & Chair of the Compensation Committee at Assystem. Prior to this, they were with ERAMET and URENCO Group. From December 2013 to December 2019, they were with LIMAGRAIN as the Non-Executive Director on the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee. There, they were in charge of the listed activity Vilmorin & Cie and was responsible for the overall management of the company. Prior to LIMAGRAIN, Ms. Maes was with Sabien Technology Limited from November 2012 to November 2015 as the Chairman of Sabien Technology Group. There, they were responsible for providing proven and commercially viable technology to reduce carbon emissions and energy usage for private and public organisations. Before Sabien Technology Limited, Ms. Maes was the Founder and Chairman of Energy Transition Forum 2.0 from ENERGY TRANSITION FORUM LIMITED. Lastly, they were a Non-Resident Climate and Energy Program Fellow from May 2012 to December 2014 with German Marshall Fund of the United States.
