Kabilan Murugan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the transportation sector. Since January 2021, Kabilan has served as a Senior Engineering Consultant at L&T Infrastructure Engineering Limited, following a role as a Senior Officer at URBAN MASS TRANSIT COMPANY LIMITED from July 2019 to December 2020. Kabilan began at URBAN MASS TRANSIT COMPANY LIMITED as a Management Trainee from June 2018 to May 2019 and completed an internship at the Central Road Research Institute in May 2017, focusing on research related to foundry sand in dry lean concrete for rigid pavements. Kabilan holds a Master of Engineering in Transportation Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from R.M.K Engineering College (2011-2015).
