Shishir Agarwal is an accomplished professional in the energy and nuclear sectors, currently serving as the Sr. Vice President and Head of the Energy & Nuclear business unit at Assystem in India since October 2024. Prior to this role, Shishir held various leadership positions at Tata Projects, including Head of Operations and Assistant Vice President for Cluster Project Director of Nuclear Projects. Experience also includes serving as Chief Engineer at Bechtel, Project Director at L&T Power for major atomic energy projects, and extensive prior roles within Siemens and L&T, focusing on project management and engineering for power projects globally. Shishir holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
