Troy Johnson is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Multinational Business Development at Assurex Global since January 2023, Troy supports over 100 partners to secure multinational business by establishing practice groups focused on tailored client solutions. Prior to this role, Troy was the Regional Sales Director at Towergate Insurance Brokers, overseeing growth strategies across Northern England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Troy’s career includes significant positions at Griffiths & Armour as Development Director, where strategic development efforts were prioritized, and earlier roles at prominent firms such as Jardine Lloyd Thompson, PruHealth, and AXA Insurance. Troy holds a 2:1 degree in Maths and Accountancy from Newcastle University, obtained in 1998.
