Pawan Poudel is a skilled software engineering professional with over a decade of experience in leading and managing software development teams. Currently, Pawan serves as a Lead Software Engineer and Engineering Manager at Assurant Labs since March 2019, after previously holding the position of Mobile Engineer at Mobile Defense. Pawan co-founded CSA Helper, where the focus was on assisting Community Supported Agriculture members with weekly planning using a Rails-based backend. Prior experience includes working as an Engineering Manager at SolarCity and contributing as a Software Developer at Progressive Insurance, where Pawan led iOS R&D initiatives and co-founded the Mobile Developers user group. Pawan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Miami University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science fromJobs in Tamil Nadu, India.
