Brian Hake is an experienced professional in data engineering and application development with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Director of Data Engineering at EMPLOYERS since May 2018, Brian has also held the position of Manager of Application Development at Assurant Employee Benefits since May 2006, overseeing a team focused on ETL and reporting solutions. Prior to these roles, Brian worked as an Enterprise Architect at Sun Life Financial, engaging with various teams to design architectural solutions, and has extensive experience as an Independent Software Consultant for multiple organizations, including Helzberg Diamonds and Cook Composites and Polymers. Brian began the professional journey as a Project Manager and Developer at Mid American Health Network and has a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Fort Hays State University.
