Christel Leblanc has over 15 years of experience in asset and property management. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Assurances Crédit Mutuel since August 2011, Christel is responsible for managing a portfolio of offices, commercial properties, and residential units, overseeing property managers, controlling and validating management reporting, managing marketing mandates, evaluating applications, negotiating leases, and providing technical and financial follow-up, while reporting directly to the management. Prior to this role, Christel worked as a Property Manager at Nexity, handling leasing for a portfolio of offices, co-ownerships, and syndical associations from October 2007 to August 2011, and was involved in real estate management at RFF from 2004 to 2007. Christel holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Engineering from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
