Tera Kull serves as the Director of Talent, Places, and Experiences and Director of Talent Acquisition at Assurance IQ since October 2021. Additionally, Tera Kull is the President of the Nicholas Richard Collins Superhero Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting pediatric AML oncology patients and their families. Prior to these roles, Tera Kull founded Leaf + Pin Design, a boutique design shop, and acted as Fractional Head of Talent at Amalgam Co. Experience includes positions at Microsoft and Redfin, focusing on early career talent programs and recruitment strategies. Tera Kull holds a BSBA in Marketing/Management and Psychology from Northeastern University.
