Stefania De Franceschi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the wine and hospitality industries. As the Founder of Rosè About Wine since February 2018 and a Sommelier at Associazione Italiana Sommelier from January 2006, Stefania has demonstrated expertise in wine tasting and education, enhanced by participation in the BIBENDA EXECUTIVE MASTER program since 2013. Additionally, Stefania co-founded Gourmadeinitaly in December 2014 and previously held various roles in aviation, including Flight Supervisor at AEROPORTI DI ROMA, where responsibilities included managing air traffic control and passenger assistance from 1999 to 2014. With a strong foundation in food production and service management, Stefania's background encompasses roles as Production Supervisor and Cook's Assistant, complemented by academic qualifications in foreign languages from Sapienza Università di Roma.
